After a confirmed booking, you can list the repositioning flight as a discounted empty leg. Set the discount and the platform automatically lists it, matches it to searching customers, and automates expiry. Zero manual work after setup.

WingZen has a built-in dispute resolution process. Customers can file a dispute within 7 days of flight completion. You will have 48 hours to respond — either propose a partial refund or provide your side. If unresolved, our team mediates. You always have the chance to respond before any action is taken.
